Truckloads of Thanks to the Maru crew!

It's just near the boy's house so it's like his hang-out place. Quaint little place Cafe Maru is.
Cafe Maru is located at Banilad, Cebu City across Sto. Nino Village. :)

The boyfriend once asked me what is it about bloggers and that looking-at-the-ground thing when being photographed? I don't know with the other bloggers but my answer to that is this: i am too shy to look straight to the camera especially when there are a lot of people (or worse strangers) around. So i just act as if I don't really care. haha
Everytime I'm in a public place like a mall for example, I just instruct the boyfriend to  click click click then I just move a little, bend a little or pretend to walk away so as not to be obvious that I am being photographed. S&#t! What can I do I am painfully shy like that.

At nag-fashion blogger pa ako. Eh gusto ko to eh. Whatever!

How about you guys, what is your explanation to this generic and fail safe fashion blogger pose? :)

wearing:

Floral coat - thrifted
Black pleated dress - City of Vintage
Opaque tights - SM
Brown wedge booties - F21
Brown belt - bought from a friend
Crystal necklace - SM
Sunglasses - Chris and Berns

Our trip to the City of Pines was short but sweet.  We were on the road most of the time but that's okey coz every road trip no matter how long  is always a fun one as long as I am with the equally fun person in the world, the boyfriend. We promised we will not argue over petty things (coz we have been arguing the past few days over trivial matters)and it was a promise fulfilled. haha
I opted to bring a point and shoot camera this time around coz I know the job we'll be doing involves a lot of moving around and let's admit it an SLR is a heavy thing to lug around. I expected the boyfriend will be busy as a bee and will not have time to document this travel for my little blog so I took the liberty of shooting every chance I get. I also wanted to be as mobile as possible hence why i also opted to wear flats. I only wore heels during the wedding day coz the job calls for it. haha The brown wedge booties were a gift from my officemate and I was happy it did not die on me even after wearing it the entire day. The temperature shoot up really cold come night time and I loved how it kept me comfortably warm.
That was the last wedding for 2011 and big thanks to Paulo Calo for inviting us over.
Year 2011 was an eventful one and i'm hoping that 2012 will be as blissful and prosperous as the year that was.

Happy New Year guys!

Thank you for reading my humble blog. :)

Cheers!!! :)
