The stars in the universe must have aligned and given me good luck because everything that has gone awry in the past months have turned a complete 360º.
This year will prove to be a great one for me after all.
Prayers have been answered and things are slowly taking in its proper place.
I'm blessed.
I'm loved.
And there's no greater feeling in the world than that. :)

I Now Pronounce Thee...

Okey as promised, these are the engagement pictures of a very special and lovely couple, bill + joahnna, the newbie-in-photography boyfriend shot two months ago.

Everytime the boyfriend puts his heart and soul into something he so wants to achieve, he gets it and he nails it big time. I don't sound like a proud girlfriend, do I? haha

It's 10:00 p.m. Home sweet home. I'm back. :)

I think we all have our fair share of annoying taxi cab experience. But I'm too tired to rant about it right now.

Still nothing beats the comfort of home even if that means sleeping on a bed full of clothes and whatevers.

I'm leaving for Manila today. Hope the plane ride won't be as bumpy and turbulent like the last time. Flying alone with no one to talk to makes me focus on the vibrations. I can't count how many Our Fathers and Hail Mary's I've prayed during those times to keep my mind off from thinking of the worst (like the plane's gonna fall apart and God knows what). I'm such a worry-freak (read: praning!) haha

As for the outfit, I'm loving the tutu-ish bottom detail of the dress. So 80's! Since my dad is away, I hiked up the dress a little bit. Eeeck. haha If he sees me in that I'm sure he'll sermon me about showing a "little" skin...To him a "little" means "too much". But I love it when he's being conservative like that. :)

The shoes are actually my current fave (obvious much?) the boyfriend is sick of me wearing them. So i tweaked it a bit and wore black socks to fake them into a pair of booties. The socks are actually my dad's. haha

I'll be back for regular programming after two days. :)

There was a point in my life when i dreaded wearing dresses because i was way too skinny and i had a lollipop head. I was a total drab. I dreamt that someday a little meat will find its way on my bones.

Fashion fairy must have heard my wishes because now I have the body that I'm comfortable with. Since then I have stuffed my closet with every pretty dress imaginable. I'm crazy over them!

And I'm wearing them now with a vengeance....
