I can't believe I braved the crowd in Downtown Cebu for some last minute gift shopping a day before Christmas. Me of all people who hates crowds decided to buy in a shopping battle place like Colon. Because it's a lot cheaper than in malls I can totally understand why people flock to this side of the city whether it be holiday, school, graduation, or all souls day season.

Prior to that, I even scored some cute thrifted stuff during its annual night market a few weeks ago.

Bike necklace - gift from officemate

In light of the tragedy that happened to our fellow Filipinos in Cagayan de Oro City, Iligan City, and Dumaguete, let's all be united in helping them in whatever way that we can. For sure, relief good stations are strategically located within your area and definitely in churches. And most of all, our prayers will surely go a long long way.

Merry Christmas everyone! :)

{Holiday Rush}

Went to run some errands and bought gifts for the coming Holiday season. Also accompanied the boyfriend to survey prospective locations for an upcoming shoot. So the only way to go was to wear flats for such an action-packed day. Action-packed in a sense that shopping nowadays requires a lot of legwork and patience (especially long cue for the cashier and the cab) to get everything done in one day.
Also decided to wear this breezy top I scored a while back from Gillian during the Bloggers United 2 bazaar. I got this one for free. Thanks Gillian! :)

edit: The top is from Eden pala. haha Sorry for the mix-up. Thanks Eden! :)

wearing:
Animal print top - from Eden's closet
Denim shorts - thrifted
Nautical stripe tote - from Festival Mall Alabang
Scarf used as turban - GCM
Yellow flats - Greenhills

Manila bloggers invited us for dinner at the Borough in Podium a day after the Bloggers United event for a chitchat and of course a whole lot of camwhorin'. It's amazing that the bloggers I only see and read about on the www I was face to face with them that night. Yes, they are very nice! There was no dead air moment coz we felt like we've known each other for too long already. Yes, that's the power of blogging, people!
Thank you so much guys for such a fun night. Hope we see each other again soon. :)
But in the meantime, I know I should double time on my blog hopping! Gotta make that part of my New Year's resolution. :)

{Bloggers United Bazaar 2: What Went Down}

Bloggers United 2 was a total success.Not only were we, the Cebu Fashion Bloggers, able to sell our clothes we also had a blast meeting our favorite fashion bloggers from Manila. Yes, in flesh where we can ogle at their beautiful clothes and shoes! Not only that but the shoppers and guests came in their most fashionable self too. Everything was a chaos (in a totally good way parang panic buying andaming tao haha) during the opening and mostly for the rest of the day. Too bad  I wasn't able to roam around the other bloggers booths coz I was  busy the entire time. I only got to say hi to the bloggers adjacent to our area. Super big thank you from the bottom of my heart to the fabulous organizers Aisa, Melai, and Ana. You guys are the greatest. Kayo na ang reyna ng Multitasking. Thank you guys for flying us to Manila and made us a part of this very successful event.
Did I mention it rained giveaways too? More on the BU giveaways and loots on my next post. :)
