Saturday brought us to an out of town shoot in Talibon, Bohol. This quiet town is situated at almost the northern part of Bohol and is approximately a two-hour ride by car from the capital city of Tagbilaran. It's amazing that we traveled and went home  the same day. Access to the two places is made easier because of the hourly trips via fast crafts.

Talibon is a peaceful town; bounded by rice fields on both sides of the highway, the air is devoid of pollutants by cars and factories, no traffic, and it may have been hot but was not  humid as opposed to the city. Must be because of the trees that decorate the whole town.

We went to this beautiful mangrove place made accessible by a long stretch of bamboo boardwalk. It rained for a couple of hours but we got through the entire shoot just before sunset. The lighting was perfect by that time and of course I have to coerce the boyfriend to snap me a few shots for the blog. I offered my camera so I can have the files and upload them right away. haha

And lovelies, Happy Mother's Day your moms and to all the mothers out there! :)

Hope you're having a great Sunday! :)

Photos: Mom

It's Friday and I decided to wear a casual outfit for a movie date with the boyfriend later in the day. I actually had an extra long sleeve cover-up for work coz sleeveless clothes are not allowed in the office and to protect me also from the blasting AC which is situated directly at my back.

Thank you to my mom for lending me some few inches in the photos. I trained her to always take my outfit shots from the ground up so I'd look taller. haha She's always uncomplaining. She and my  4-year old nephew who also serves as her assistant.
