Our trip to the City of Pines was short but sweet.  We were on the road most of the time but that's okey coz every road trip no matter how long  is always a fun one as long as I am with the equally fun person in the world, the boyfriend. We promised we will not argue over petty things (coz we have been arguing the past few days over trivial matters)and it was a promise fulfilled. haha
I opted to bring a point and shoot camera this time around coz I know the job we'll be doing involves a lot of moving around and let's admit it an SLR is a heavy thing to lug around. I expected the boyfriend will be busy as a bee and will not have time to document this travel for my little blog so I took the liberty of shooting every chance I get. I also wanted to be as mobile as possible hence why i also opted to wear flats. I only wore heels during the wedding day coz the job calls for it. haha The brown wedge booties were a gift from my officemate and I was happy it did not die on me even after wearing it the entire day. The temperature shoot up really cold come night time and I loved how it kept me comfortably warm.
That was the last wedding for 2011 and big thanks to Paulo Calo for inviting us over.
Year 2011 was an eventful one and i'm hoping that 2012 will be as blissful and prosperous as the year that was.

Happy New Year guys!

Thank you for reading my humble blog. :)

Cheers!!! :)

This was what I wore to our office Costume Christmas party. I was Pocahontas from the tribe of the new world. And guess who won Female Best in Costume? Tan-da-dan...drum roll please...ME!!! haha
Ok, conceited much. But hey it's not everyday you get to wear a disney costume let alone win so I am entitled   to be overwhelmed here. haha The characters were raffled off to be fair and i just got lucky I got Pocahontas. Had I been Snow White, I know I'll have no chance of winning,if you know what i mean.
We had our costumes specially made for this event and although we were only less than 50 people and the audience outside of work consists only of families of our officemates, waiters and waitresses included, we had a blast nonetheless.
So can you guess the other characters in the photos? Let out your inner kid right now and have fun guessing. :)

We proceeded to IT park for the after-party and passed out after two buckets and two towers of beer. Although I think I only finished off a total of three. It was a special occasion so I thought I was entitled to be "not sober". Again, it's not like I get drunk everyday. Why do I keep explaining myself here? Mmmmm...Ok never mind. Long story. The end.

Enjoy the rest of the Holidays you guys! As for me, mine will be very cold. Because I will be spending it in Baguio! With the boyfriend no less. We will be working there but I'm sure we'll manage to have time to insert some fun and leisure while we're there.
