Summer is already here! I don't care if it's a month late. I honestly thought summer's gonna skip us this year after previous months worth of rain and cold weather. And now that it's here i couldn't be any happier. Too excited for our beach getaway two days from now. :)

I can't believe I almost forgot to post this!
Golden sunsets, brown and wilted grasses, and
almost dead trees never fails to
enthrall my senses.

One great discovery. The late Philippine president
and dictator, Ferdinand E. Marcos, was such a romantic.
His letters to Madam Imelda were so cheesy. hahaha

So this culminates my Northwestern Luzon travel photos.
Hope you had fun browsing them and hope I got you inspired
to visit this beautiful and historic place if you still
haven't.

Ciao! Have a happy weekend you guys! :)

Lazy Girl

This is just one of those days when I'm too lazy to dress up. I, more often than not, go the leggings and oversized shirt route. This Tsumori Chisato shirt  is roomy and big enough to be a dress and it's very light too. Plus it doesn't hurt that i got it only for PhP10 which is way cheaper than a regular burger meal.
Chicken, pasta, and pizza meals are the go-to food for lazy days too. They'd make a fast and convenient take out or delivery food when i don't feel like lounging in the mall and just wants to stay at the boyfriend's house for some online movie streaming.

One of the perks in covering destination weddings is the chance to get some sightseeing after the busy job is done. It was not my first time in the Ruins and Balay Negrense but for the benefit of the boyfriend we decided to check them out again.

Photo diary to follow! I'm trying to catch up on a lot of backlog posts. :)

Spending yet another lazy but quality time with the boyfriend over the weekend. Originally planned for a quick road trip north but was canceled due to some last minute commitments.
Will be gone from the blogosphere yet again for a one week stint in Kuala Lumpur. I'm usually excited to travel this being my first in Malaysia but for some  reasons I am not that thrilled. Kuala Lumpur is a beautiful city but i'm just anxious especially on times like this when the earth is not keeping still. I just want to be home that's all.

I've also acquired really nice bags during my thrifting excursion last Thursday. Trendy or not, i'll never fall out of love with camel and cream colored bags.

Also on a brighter note, my friend Gizelle has launched her online shop, Shop Yapi. Shop Yapi is a collection of bohemian fashion, street chic, and vintage apparel and accessories personally handpicked by Gizelle herself. I've checked out her site and the pieces are really gorgeous and most importantly very affordable. So go check out her site now. :)
