This fuchsia blazer has got to be one of the pieces in my closet that I will never let go of and stop wearing until it fades away and turn light pink.  It has already developed tiny pinholes but  distressed is in fashion so that's okey. haha
It is my go-to piece when I want to liven up a rather boring outfit. When I wear it i feel i'm so fashyown. :)

My friends and I have agreed to watch Anne Curtis concert ever since her mega success show in Smart Araneta last February. It's safe to say we are her biggest fans. I, personally, watched almost all the movies she starred in and all the teleseryes she topbilled. haha  I guess her fashion style, playfulness, and what-you-see-what-you-get attitude made me adore her much. My mom reacted as to why  would I want to watch someone who is not a certified singer, sing live. That's exactly the reason why I wanna see her. Because Anne defied the norms! And she is the epitome of dreams do come true if you just be yourself and went for your dreams with head help up high.
And in all fairness to Anne, she was a total performer. She gave out one entertaining show. And she is totally gorgeous and hot in person.

It was also a reunion with one of my close friends in high school, Anne, whom I did not see for almost 12 years. She's now based in London and she is currently in Cebu with her beautiful family.
 I'm looking forward to spending more time with her, Eda, and Alexie before Anne leaves for London.

On to the outfit... I wanna beat the mean traffic going to the concert venue so I decided to just wear my work outfit. I made up for it though by putting on make-up. Super big thank you to my ever supportive officemates for prepping me up. haha
As you can see, uma-Anne Curtis rin ang aking big hair and purple lipstick. I am loving my barely there make-up. Fresh lang. :)hahaha

Thank you Danifer, Rosamia, and Celeste. :)

P.S. Danifer runs a make-up blog. Check her out: Charteuse Amour. :)

Another one of my work outfit. Tried to look like a tough and ambitious yuppie. haha But because I'm still a sweetheart I added a hint of girliness to this mannish ensemble courtesy of the purple lipstick, electric pink purse, and black pumps.

I am so drained with work I can't wait for the Lenten holiday to come sooner. Got no definite travel plans yet but I'm betting we'll be spending it out of town.

What I wore to our summer outing with the fam bam.
We went to Dakong Bato Leisure Resort in Dalaguete, a southern town located  2 hours away from the city. It was a long ride but the scenic view, relaxed and not so crowded beach made it worthwhile.

As for the outfit, this flowy stripe and floral maxi dress is perfect for the summer breeze. I got this during one of my short work stints in Las Pinas. I always travel alone so I kill time by scouring the thrift shops just a stone throw away from the office.

The title by the way is a song by the Wonggoys, a Cebuano band, that's making waves in the music scene. They sound good live or recorded. With accompaniment or without. In short, they are extremely talented. Plus they are down-to-earth. That's why I'm a big fan. :)

My nephew graduated from Kindergarten 1 and the whole family rallied to support him as if he graduated from college. haha My nephew is a naturally shy kid and we were just excited to see him sing and dance in his graduation presentation.
Since it's a kids gathering, I decided to wear a colorful outfit, you know, just to keep it fresh and young. Because next month is my birthday month and I'll be turning THREE-O. haha
Just saying.

I'm off to another family bonding down south. Hope you guys have a blissful Sunday! :)

{ FLOWER CHILD : PREVIEW }

Photobucket

I promised the boyfriend he'll be the first to post photos but a teaser will not hurt, right?
He had me pose for him  so he can practice on the editing software he bought recently. I stole one picture  and edited it my way. haha He's gonna kill me for this but he doesn't stalk my blog so he wouldn't know. haha What you don't know won't hurt you, as the saying goes.

Once he gets to round up the set, I'll share them here. :)

{ COLOR BURST }

Starting the week with a splash of color.

Oftentimes I don't care whether this item of clothing goes well with that or whether I look like a watercolor painting in such a technicolor outfit.
All I know is color makes me happy. Print on print makes me happier. And I'd probably be basing a lot of my outfits from this style mantra this summer.  :)
